Senior UI/UX Designer

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop the design of our communication strategies & materials
Help build a clean and effective UX for our users
Polish the UI / UX design strategy and execution of the application
Update and standardise the design of the application according to good practices and UI / UX methodologies
Help create the design of our App’s Desktop version
Assist with our UI strategy and implementation, specifically producing high quality designs, from concept to execution
Create visual content for our social media channels and posts

SELECTION CRITERIA

Has 2-6 years of relevant work experience
Has knowledge of Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere, Photoshop), etc…
A keen eye for details and passion for minimal, user driven design
A portfolio that demonstrates competence in the implementation of designs, as well as designs that align with our image/style
Ability to conceptualise and design creatives, iconographies, banners, newsletters, landings and websites
Takes ownership and feels responsible for the product as a whole
Is comfortable working in English

Senior Front-End Angular Developer

As part of the Tech Team, you will:

Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces that provide great experiences for customers
Optimise the application for the best performance, quality, and responsiveness
Develop new functionalities and improve the current ones
Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable code
Drive change and improvement in all phases of the development lifecycle
Be frequently challenged with design and front-end architectural problems

We are looking for someone who:

Has 2+ years of relevant work experience working with Angular (Angular 2+)
Has strong experience with maintaining live products and testing practices
Is confident with front-end libraries and frameworks
Has strong algorithmic and debugging skills
Takes ownership and feels responsible for the product, driving issues to resolution
Is comfortable working in English

DevOps Engineer

As part of the Tech Team, you will:

Build and maintain operational tools for deployment, monitoring and analysis of the infrastructure and systems
Improve the operational infrastructure with a focus on process automation and security
Assist Developers with continuous integration/delivery of systems on Gitlab
Control operational issues, manage incidences and analyse root causes
Establish software security standards and verify the security of our code and infrastructure
Develop digital infrastructure and work on automated code to improve efficiency and reduce risk
Perform infrastructure cost analysis and optimisation
Improve and maintain cloud infrastructure to make it secure, scalable and highly available
Maintain and improve third-party systems like kubectl and helm as well as custom-built tools
Optimise servers for maximum speed and scalability
Maintain and improve our CI pipeline and apply best practices to achieve a continuously deployable system

We are looking for someone who:

Has 3+ years of relevant work experience
Strong experience with maintaining live products and testing practices
Experience working on Linux based infrastructure
Excellent troubleshooting and technical analysis skills
Strong knowledge of Cloud Platforms and services like Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as well as private cloud platforms (Proxmox, Ceph, etc)
Experience managing and optimising operating systems, cloud platform deployment and networking protocols/systems
Experience in networking security, databases (SQL, Elastic Search) and cloud systems
Experience monitoring infrastructure (Telegraph, Grafana) and services (Prometheus, Influx)
Experience in infrastructure automation (Ansible, Terraform) and managing infrastructure as code
Experience with Kubernetes and Docker Swarm
Experience administering, scripting and deploying development CI/CD tools with GitLab
Is comfortable working in English

Is particularly competent with Express and NodeJS
Has strong experience with maintaining live products and testing practices
Is comfortable picking up new stacks and choosing the right tool to get the job done
Has strong algorithmic and debugging skills
Takes ownership and feels responsible for the product, driving issues to resolution
Has experience with unit testing, e2e testing
Is comfortable working in English
