






Custom Prompt: Redefine your AI Assistant

You can now define specific Custom Prompt criteria for the AI Assistant in your Knowledge Base and in your Genies. This level of customisation allows you to fine-tune the AI's output, style and identity for more relevant and accurate interactions.
You have control over:
Persona: Sets the AI's identity and name (e.g., a formal lawyer or an expert technician). This dictates the AI's vocabulary, style and overall attitude.
Context: Background information the AI remembers throughout the conversation (like project details or company history) to ensure answers are relevant to your situation.
User Instructions: Specific rules or commands regarding how the final information should be delivered (structure, format or length requirements).
Tone: Defines the feeling or emotion conveyed in the AI's response (e.g., professional, casual, enthusiastic).
Language: Specifies the exact language the AI must use when generating its response, overriding the default setting (answering in the user’s language).
Reminders: Key rules or constraints the AI must double-check before formulating every answer, acting as a final checkpoint.
Temperature: A technical setting that controls creativity. A low setting keeps answers factual; a high setting leads to more imaginative results.
Where to find it: In your Knowledge Base, access it in the top right corner of the Assistant page. For your Genie, navigate to AI > AI Prompt.
Creative Chat Mode

The answering style now includes a "Creative Mode" option. In this mode, responses are more expressive and inventive – ideal for brainstorming, storytelling and generating unique ideas. Answers may be based on data from your Knowledge Base but are not strictly limited to it.
Note: There are no references provided in Creative Mode.
Expanded Search Strategies

We have significantly expanded the search options available in your Assistant, giving you control over the scope of the data you search. By default, the system uses Efficient Search. Alongside this, you can now choose from three specialised strategies:
⚡Deep Search:
Dive deeper into your data. This automatically narrows down the scope of the search by seamlessly filtering for tags, relationships and properties.
Best used for: Specific results, narrow searches and queries involving node relationships and context-aware data.
🌐Web Search (new):
Search through the web using Google, or limit the scope to specific domains.
Best used for: Checking news updates, exploring trends, or discovering general information.
📄Full Document Search (new):
Deep dive into a single, specific document. This narrows the scope of your search to find the most detailed information within your selected file.
Best used for: Summaries, document analysis and focusing on details in one document.
Share Workspace
The ability to share your knowledge with others is now live.
You can select specific Workspaces and provide others with a join-code. They can incorporate that Workspace into their own account and access the information you have stored there. Any changes you make to the Workspace will automatically be updated in their accounts.
