We are seeking a visionary Head of Growth to join our dynamic and growing team in Barcelona and lead our market expansion. In this role, you won't just manage a pipeline; you will design and execute the overarching strategy to identify new business opportunities and scale myReach’s B2B client base. You will be the architect of our growth engine, driving sales growth and market presence.
Market Expansion: Conduct deep market research to identify untapped business opportunities and define our competitive positioning.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to target key decision-makers and achieve sales targets.
Growth Architecture: Design multi-channel prospecting strategies – including social engineering and personalised outreach – to engage prospective clients.
Pipeline Mastery: Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to needs analysis, customised proposals and closing.
Solution Advocacy: Act as a subject matter expert and lead advocate for the myReach platform, delivering tailored demos that articulate our unique value proposition.
Operations & Insight: Optimise our internal databases to provide clear oversight of deal status and data-driven growth projections.
You will have the opportunity to guide and design the sales journey from start to finish, including prospecting, initial contact, qualification, client engagement, needs analysis, solution proposal and ultimately closing deals.

Experience: 3+ years of proven success in sales, business development or growth leadership
Communication: Fluent written and verbal communication in English

Strategic Execution: Proven ability to build and maintain robust pipelines and relationships at all levels, from end-users to C-suite.
