We are seeking an enthusiastic BDR to join our dynamic and growing team in Barcelona. The focus of this role is to identify and develop new business opportunities by generating high-quality leads and engaging with prospective clients across various channels. In this role, you will contribute to expanding myReach’s B2B client base and driving sales growth.
Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities
Develop and execute strategic plans to target decision-makers and achieve sales targets
Use prospecting techniques, including cold calls, personalised emails and social media strategies, to engage prospective clients
Drive sales growth by setting up qualified meetings and managing a robust pipeline of leads
Create customised proposals and presentations, delivering tailored demos that highlight the unique value of our solutions.
Maintain and organise leads and client data within our internal database for clear oversight of deal status
Be a subject matter expert and advocate of the myReach platform
You will have the opportunity to guide the sales journey from start to finish, including prospecting, initial contact, qualification, client engagement, needs analysis, solution proposal and ultimately closing deals.

2+ years of experience in sales or business development
Fluent written and verbal communication in English
High energy and positive attitude
Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
Proven experience building pipeline
Ability to take initiative and work autonomously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
A self-starter who is dedicated, hungry and driven to succeed
Skills in using relevant technology to maximise pipe generation and deal velocity
Ability to work, build and maintain relationships at all levels
